ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the basic situation of radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy institutions and the frequency of medical exposure in Fangshan District, Beijing, China. Methods A general survey using the questionnaire was conducted online to obtain the basic situation of the radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy institutions, the number of people in each type of radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy project, and the number of the usually resident population in the whole district in 2019, thus obtaining the frequency of medical exposure in each type of radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy project. Results There were 60 radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy institutions, 565 radiology staff, and 199 sets of radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy equipment in the whole district in 2019. The frequency of medical exposure was 521.29 per 1000 people, among which conventional medical diagnostic X-ray workers accounted for 301.79 per 1000 people (57.89%) and computed tomography workers accounted for 207.56 per 1000 people (39.82%). The number of tertiary hospitals accounted for 6.67% of the radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy institutions, and the number of people exposed tomedical radiation in tertiary hospitals accounted for 52.25% of the total. The number of secondary hospitals accounted for 5.00% of the radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy institutions, and the number of people exposed to medical radiation in secondary hospitals accounted for 27.83% of the total. Conclusion The distribution of medical exposure in Fangshan District is uneven. The radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy technology used is relatively single. Relevant departments should strengthen macroscopic readjustment and control, and formulate reasonable policies, so as to rationally allocate and effectively utilize medical and health resources.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the analgesic effect and the safety assessment of intravenous injection of flurbiprofen axetil and sufentanil combined with epidural morphine for post-cesarean analgesia. Methods One hundred and eighty parturients (ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ) undergoing elective cesarean section with combined spinal and epidural anesthesia were divided into morphine group (group A),sufentanil + morphine group(group B),flurbiprofen axetil+sufentanil+ morphine group(group C) with 60 cases in each group. All patients were used subarachnoid epidural anesthesia,at the end of the surgery,1.5 mg morphine diluted to 5 ml saline was injected into the epidural space of each patient.Additional, group B and group C received patient-controlled intravenous analgesia after cesarean section.Flurbiprofen axetil and sufentanil were diluted to 100 ml with saline. The visual analog scale (VAS) of rest and dynamic incisional pain and uterine contraction pain,Ramsay sedation scale (RSS),and adverse events were recorded at 6,12,24 h after operation. Results At 6,12,24 h after operation, the VAS scores of rest and dynamic incisional pain and uterine contraction pain in group B and group C were statistically lower than those in group A [rest incisional pain:(2.6 ± 0.6),(2.7 ± 0.4),(2.8 ± 0.3)scores in group A; (2.3 ± 0.3),(2.3 ± 0.4),(2.2 ± 0.3) scores in group B; (1.8 ± 0.4),(1.7 ±0.5),(1.9 ±0.4) scores in group C; dynamic incisional pain:(5.7 ±0.9),(5.5 ± 0.8),(5.6 ± 1.0) scores in group A; (3.8 ± 0.4),(3.7 ± 0.5),(3.7 ± 0.4) scores in group B ; (2.7 ± 0.4),(2.4 ± 0.5),(2.4 ± 0.6) scores in group C ; uterine contraction pain:(5.7 ± 1.2),(5.9 ± 0.9),(5.8 ± 1.1) scores in group A; (3.0 ± 0.5),(3.1 ± 0.6),(3.2 ± 0.7)scores in group B; (2.5 ± 0.5),(2.5 ± 0.6),(2.4 ± 0.4) scores in group C],and group C were lower than group B,and there were significant differences (P<0.05).At 6,12,24 h after operation,Ramsay score in group B and group C was higher than that in group A [(1.8 ± 0.5),(1.7 ± 0.4),(1.9 ± 0.5) scores in group A; (3.4 ± 0.8),(3.2 ± 0.7),(3.3 ± 0.6) scores in group B; (2.7 ±0.7),(2.7 ±0.5),(2.6 ± 0.4)scores in group C],and group C was higher than group B,and there were significant differences (P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse events in group A and group C was lower than group B [8.3%(5/60) and 23.3%(14/60) vs.40.0%(24/60)],and group A was lower than group C,and there were significant differences (P < 0.05).Condusion Intravenous injection of flurbiprofen axetil and sufentanil combined with epidural morphine could perform better analgesic on postoperative incisional and uterine contraction pain after cesarean section and the incidence of adverse events is less than sufentanil combined with morphine.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVETo study the correlation among the morphological characteristics and the spica yield of various germplasm of Prunella vulgaris.

METHODThe various P. vulgaris germplasm from all over the country were investigated by analysis of correlation analysis, path analysis and principle component analysis in a randomized block experiment.

RESULTThe 6 morphological characteristics were greatly different from each other in various germplasm. The spica yield per plant had a very significantly positive correlation with the number of spica per plant and fresh leaves weight per plant, meanwhile the correlation between the spica yield per plant and spica length was very significantly. Three principal components which accounted for 87.533% of total variance were extracted from the principal component analysis.

CONCLUSIONThe strong growth potential, the number of spica per plant and spica length were main factors for the selection of high yield breeding of P. vulgaris.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE@#To evaluate MSCT diagnostic value in children with foreign body and stenosis in trachea and bronchus.@*MATERIALS AND METHOD@#MSCT scan was done in 18 children suspected foreign body and stenosis in trachea and bronchus. Postprocessed (included Minp and MPR) were done after the axial images were obtained. All of 18 cases underwent conventional BFS.@*RESULT@#Fifteen cases were shown with foreign body through MSCT scan. In addition, total amount of foreign body reached 21 pieces; The CT value in one case was 278 HU, in the others were from--10.6 HU to 31 HU; Stenosis in trachea and bronchus was found in 2 cases; Stenosis in laryngeal cavity after foreign body removing in one case. Foreign body and stenosis in trachea and bronchus were shown better in MPR and Minp images. MSCT images were not only conformed to BFS completely, but also showing foreign body in segmental bronchus more accurately.@*CONCLUSION@#MSCT scanning could show direct and indirect signs of the foreign body and stenosis in trachea and bronchus accurately, and determine the nature of foreign body. It can act as a primary examination.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the value of CRP and HCY in each TCM type of T2DM with HUA and provide the basis for classification and treatment. Methods 103 cases of T2DM and HUA were divided into four Chinese medicine syndrome groups including deficinecy syndrome of wind-cold and damp-heat phlegm accumlatoin and blood stasis syndrome deficinecy syndrome of Qi and Yin deficinecy syndrome of Yin and yang. Results The differentiation of TCM symptom among four groups was uncorrelated with the level of CRP and Hcy.But the serum CRP and HCY levels increased slighly as compared with those of normal control group. Conclusion The elevation of CRP and Hcy is closely correlated with phlegm accumlation and blood stasis syndrome in patients of T2DM with HUA.As an inflammatoy biomarker,CRP and Hcy may be regard as two of the microcosmic indicators of toxin in Chinese medicine. They can be used as two important indexes of TCM syndrome differentiation of T2DM with HUA.
